    Essential Job Functions

    Hardware Design Manager (Fremont, California)

    Essential Job Functions

    Candidate will support the VT5XX product line.     Financial Analyst (Fremont, CA)

    Essential Job Functions:

    The Financial Analyst reports to the Director of Finance. The analyst will provide forecasting, financial modeling and business analysis and reporting.

    • Develop accurate budgets and forecasts for the company’s VP’s.

    The primary focus of this role is driving broad adoption of Volterra technology in a set of strategic OEM customers. Over time, the role will expand to building and managing a team of business development and sales managers.  Up to 30% travel is expected.

    Senior Staff Field Applications Engineer (Texas)

    Essential Job Functions:

    As a Field Applications Engineer, the responsibility is to be “Frontline-Support” to our “Key” customers. This position involves all areas of front end design-in, design-win activities including, but not limited to control loop simulation, schematic/layout reviews, initial power up support and Debug. For Back-end support, supporting the customer for all post Design In/Win support is also a must. The candidate should also have experience in successfully recruiting, training, building and managing a team of highly effective strategic account managers.

    Ideal Background :

    An exceptional track record with successful penetration as a new supplier in one or more Tier-1 OEMs in the computing and communications/networking markets. International experience is a requirement, with preference for candidates having experience in North America, Europe, and Greater China.

    Additionally, the candidate must have 3+ years experience with a successful track record of managing Global Account Managers for strategic/major/partner accounts.
